Set up results page

The Result Page is the page that is displayed to the customer at the end of the question tree. It contains Product recommendations, descriptions and benefits, call-to-action buttons and much more. The result page can be designed and arranged individually. 

On the Result Page you can sort the products into groups. There are also 3 sections in which you can influence the structure of the product recommendation:

  • Top Sections
  • Product Sections
  • Bottom sections

The Product Sections contain product-specific information such as product name, description, image, benefits, etc. and are located in the middle of the page. The Top and bottom section In contrast, they are used for general, product-independent actions above and below the product sections, such as calling up the contact form (“Form Page”) or sharing the result by email (“Share button”).

For editing, select the Result Page in the menu bar. 

First determine the title, heading and signature.

Results Page - Top Sections

Next, click on Top Section in the Result Page area and thus configure the area above the Product Section. Select the CTA form page button (CTA = call to action) and name the CTA button label Order Here. You have now created the button for the contact form:

A notice: In order for the button to be clickable and for the user to be able to enter their data, you must first configure the actual contact form. You can find out how this works in Step 6.

Results Page - Product Sections

Under the Product Sections tab you define the properties of the product sections. Choose a title, image, short description and product benefits. 

The imported information of the CSV file an important role, since you can integrate them here. Under DataSourceColumn you can access the columns in the CSV file per section.

title Select the product name (“productName”) as the title under DataSourceColumn. Specifically, the digitizer checks the data within the product data column "productName" and reflects the content stored there for the recommended products on the results page.

Picture (Picture): Select the picture (“picture”) as Picture. 

Description (Additional data 1): 

  • Assign icons (i.e. images) to the topics by choosing an icon URL.  
  • Static Label: “Description”. 
  • Label from data: “-”. 
  • DataSource Column: “shortDescription”. 

Advantages (Additional data 2): 

  • Assign icons (i.e. images) to the topics by choosing an icon URL. 
  • Static Label: “Benefits”. 
  • Label from data: “-”. 
  • DataSource Column: “benefits”.

In this example we do not fill out this section.

For example, you could use this section to Provide information sheets, technical data sheets and PDF files for download. Below is a brief illustrative explanation of the download section (click).

Proceed to the No Result Page. 

No result page

In the event that the selector cannot recommend a product to the customer, you should in the area Result Page Set up a No Result Page (see menu bar above). This is displayed to the customer if no products match his requirements.

If you see this on the No Result Page Show contact form want, click display shape (see image). Then click on the name of your contact form in the drop-down menu.
